The jail provides AA meetings, church services, bible studies, work release, mental health counseling, drug and alcohol counseling, GED classes and recreation time to the inmates. The jail is responsible for releasing arrest and inmate information.

Visitation Hours
Inmates are allowed to visit with friends and family 2 times a week, for 30 minutes each visit. Visitors must be registered 48 hours in advance to visit and provide proper ID at the time of the visit.
Sunday: 1pm to 4pm
Wednesday: 6pm to 9pm
Friday: 9:30am to 12 pm
The Carroll County Sheriff’s Office is responsible for releasing records such as incident and traffic accident reports. Requests can be submitted in person, by mail or electronically on the Sheriff’s Office website.
