The Logan County Jail is a minimum to maximum security facility located in Bellefontaine, Ohio. The jail houses adult offenders who have been arrested and charged with misdemeanor or felony offenses. All inmates are either serving their sentence, awaiting trial or awaiting transfer to a state of federal prison. Inmates are offered a variety of programs while incarcerated including drug and alcohol education classes, GED classes, Alcoholics Anonymous and Bible Studies. Visitation Hours
Inmates are encouraged to visit with their friends and family members while incarcerated. Inmates can add 3 individuals to their visitation list. Visitation can take place onsite or remotely. Individuals can sign up for remote visitation by visiting the Securus Technologies website.
Male Visitation Hours:
Tuesdays: 7pm to 8:30 pm
Thursdays: 9am to 10:30 am
Sundays: 1:30 pm to 3 pm
Female Visitation Hours:
Tuesdays: 6pm to 7pm
Thursdays: 10:30am to 11:30 am
Sundays: 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm
The Logan County Jail has a public inmate roster. The roster lists all inmates currently incarcerated in the jail in alphabetical order. The inmate’s name, identifying features, mugshot, charges and bond amount will be listed on the roster.
The Logan County Sheriff’s Office has a most wanted list. The office asks that if the whereabouts of a fugitive is known, to please report it to the Logan County Sheriff. The fugitive’s name, mugshot, last known address and reason they are wanted will be listed.
The Logan County Sheriff’s Office is responsible for releasing traffic crash and offense reports to the public. Record requests can be submitted over the phone or by email.
