How to Send Mail or Package
Inmates are allowed to receive mail from their friends and family members. Mail will be opened and searched for contraband.

Visitation Hours
Inmates are encouraged to visit with their friends and family members while incarcerated. The Ottawa County Jail has switched to a video visitation system. All visitors must make an account through the VideoVisitAnywhere website. Photo identification is required when making an account. Visits can be scheduled online.
Monday-Saturday: 8am-11am, 12pm to 1:30 pm, 2pm-5pm and 5:30pm-6pm
The Ottawa County Jail has a public inmate roster. The roster lists current inmates housed in the facility in alphabetical order. The inmate’s name, mugshot, charges, housing location, booking date and identifying features are listed.
The Ottawa County Sheriff’s Office is responsible for releasing all public traffic accident, arrest, incident and offense reports. The Sheriff’s Office has a division dedicated to the maintenance of records. Record requests can be submitted in person, over the phone, by email or fax.
