All persons arrested by the Chillicothe Police Department are transported to the Ross County Jail. The Ross County Jail is a minimum to maximum security facility located in Chillicothe, Ohio. The jail houses female and male adult offenders who have been arrested and charged with misdemeanor or felony offenses.
