All persons arrested by the Mansfield Police Department are transported to the Richland County Jail. The Richland County Jail is a minimum to maximum security facility located in Mansfield, Ohio. The jail houses female and male adult offenders who have been arrested and charged with misdemeanor or felony offenses.
