All persons arrested by the Piqua Police Department are transported to the Miami County Jail. The Miami County Jail is a minimum to maximum security facility located in Troy, Ohio. The jail is comprised of 2 facilities: The Miami County Jail and the Miami County Incarceration Facility. The primary jail is the Miami County Jail. The Miami County Jail has a capacity of 48 inmates. The Miami County Incarceration Facility has a capacity of 240 inmates.
Inmates are encouraged to visit with their friends and family members while incarcerated. Inmates are allowed 1 thirty minute visit per week.
