All persons arrested by the Delaware Police Department are transported to the Delaware County Jail. The Delaware County Jail is a minimum to maximum security facility located in Delaware, Ohio. The jail can house up to 286 inmates.

Inmates are allowed to visit with their friends and family at least once a week. The jail offers onsite and offsite visitation. A visit must be scheduled in advance on a 3rd party provider’s website called ICSolutions.

Each inmate is allowed one 25 minute onsite visit per week at the jail. The onsite visit may consist of up to 2 adults and 3 children under the age of 18.
