The Clark County Jail is a minimum to maximum security facility located in Springfield, Ohio. The jail houses inmates who have been charged with and arrested for misdemeanor or felony crimes. How to Send Mail or Package
Inmates are allowed to receive white prepaid postage postcards from friends and family. No envelopes or letters are allowed to be sent.

Commissary packages can be sent through a 3rd party provider called Access Securepak. An account needs to be made on the Access Securepak website. Food, hygiene and entertainment items can be sent to an inmate.
Funds can be deposited to an inmate’s account onsite or online. To make a deposit onsite, visit the kiosk located in the lobby of the Clark County Public Safety Building. To make a deposit online, visit the 3rd party provider’s website called Access Corrections. The inmate’s ID number is needed when making a deposit.
Visitation Hours
Inmates are allowed to have 1 thirty minute visit per week. Video recording systems are used for visitation. All visits must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
Adult Visitation:
Saturday and Sunday, 11 am to 2 pm and 5 pm to 8 pm
Juvenile Visitation:
Saturday and Sunday, 2 pm to 2:30 pm and 8 pm to 8:30 pm
The Clark County Jail has a public inmate roster. The roster lists every inmate housed in the jail in alphabetical order by their last name. The inmate’s name, mugshot, arrest date, booking number, charges, bond amount and next court date are listed on the roster.
The Clark County Sheriff’s Office has a most wanted list. The fugitive’s name, date of birth, charges, warrant issued date and last known address is listed.
The Clark County Sheriff’s Office has a warrants division. The division is responsible for issuing all criminal and civil warrants throughout the county. Active warrant information is listed on the Clark County Sheriff’s website.
The Clark County Sheriff’s Office is responsible for releasing public arrest, incident and traffic accident reports. Record requests can be submitted in person, by fax or over the phone. A request in person can be made in the lobby of the Sheriff’s Office between 8 am and 4 pm. A record request form can be downloaded from the Sheriff’s Office website.
